一、本局先前調查各校新增人力需求已提交勞工局，將於近期完成名額核定，核定後各就業中心將配合公告安心即時上工計畫職缺。

二、依勞工局及各就業中心作業流程，職缺公告後即開放民眾登記，請各校協助轉知有意願者，可於職缺上網公告後至就業中心登記。

  1. 新營及永康就業中心：預計於 6 月 18 日(五)公告上網
  2. 臺南就業中心職缺：預計於下週公告上網
  3. 實際公告時間仍以各就業中心網站為主，建議可先致電詢問

三、有意願之人員登記求職時，請明確告知參與「暑期職缺」或「一般職缺」，以避免名額分派錯誤，影響學校及自身權益。

四、暑假將至，本局將優先分派暑期上工專案人力，請有意願之人員於職缺公告後儘速登記完成。

五、職缺上網公告後，請至所屬就業中心或區公所內就業服務台登記：

六、各就業中心受理地區範圍：

  1. 臺南就業中心：負責受理中西區、東區、南區、北區、安平區、安南區、仁德區、歸仁區、關廟區、佳里區、西港區、七股區、將軍區、北門區之學校
  2. 永康就業中心：負責受理永康區、新市區、新化區、山上區、大內區、善化區、安定區、南化區、左鎮區、玉井區、楠西區之學校
  3. 新營就業中心：負責受理新營區、柳營區、下營區、麻豆區、學甲區、鹽水區、白河區、東山區、後壁區、六甲區、官田區之學校
