臺南市東區博愛國民小學

校園相關工作人員體檢胸部X光檢查規範及檢查報告異常者之追蹤與管理機制

一、依據臺南市教育局114年12月18日南市教秘字第1141730882號函辦理。

二、為積極推動校園結核病防治工作，避免校園聚集事件發生，制定校園相關工作人員體檢胸部X光檢查規範及檢查報告異常者之追蹤與管理機制，因應防治策略更新及傳染病防疫時效。

三、學校新生體檢/定期體檢 胸部Ｘ光異常追蹤流程：

(一)定期體檢胸部Ｘ光異常追蹤對象涵括在學學生、新生及 教職員工。

(二)若學校接獲前述對象體檢胸部X光報告與結核病相關異常者，需同時通知在學學生/新生/教職員於2週內就醫複診 或轉介治療，並通知當地衛生主管機關及通報校安系 統。

(三)學校接獲體檢報告1個月內將複診結果回報當地衛生主管 機關，若發現已報備衛生單位之體檢異常者，未依規定 複診追蹤者，請校方繼續勸導，必要時可向衛生單位請 求協助。

(四)新增【註4】學校發現結核病相關異常者進行就醫複診或 轉介治療之法源說明及【註6】結核病確診個案之接觸者 調查法源說明。

四、請滾動修正健康檢查異常轉介追蹤機制，並請將在學學生/ 新生/教職員工體檢胸部Ｘ光結果異常且與結核病相關者之 名單及追蹤複查結果，適時提供當地衛生主管機關（聯繫 窗口如附件），俾利其確認及進行後續相關防疫作為。 五、校園場域結核病預防之平時作為及結核病個案、接觸者管 理，請依衛福部疾管署「結核病防治工作手冊」第7章「特 定場域、身分個案防治重點」辦理，相關資訊詳見衛福部 疾管署全球資訊網頁(https://www.cdc.gov.tw)/ 傳染病與 防疫專題/傳染病介紹/第三類法定傳染病/結核病/重要指 引及教材/結核病防治工作手冊項下，並下載運用。
