說明：

一、依據臺南市政府衛生局南市衛疾字第 1140211466 號函辦理。

二、結核病為法定傳染病，傳染途徑為空氣與飛沫，依該署統計， 113 年我國 18 歲以下之兒少族群結核病發生率，小於每 10 萬人口 1 例，顯著低於全國平均每 10 萬人口 26 例。惟因校園及相關場域係群體生活，倘環境通風換氣不良，將增加結核病等呼吸道傳染病傳播之風險。為保護兒少免於結核病威脅，同時維護校園衛生安全，校園環境及活動空間等宜維持充足通風換氣，並落實呼吸道傳染病防治衛教、症狀監測、定期胸部 X 光檢查等防治措施。

三、邇來發生學校交通車駕駛罹患結核病傳染學生造成群聚感染之事件，經本局召開專家會議檢視，發現個案未依「學生交通車管理辦法」第 11 條落實學生交通車駕駛之檢查報告應留存學校，並於 15 日內提報主管機關。又所依從之健康檢查規範係「道路交通安全規則」第 64 條及第 64-1 條，雖規定交通車駕駛應進行胸部 X 光檢查，惟國中以上學生交通車(第二類)僅規定年滿 60 歲職業駕駛每年應進行胸部 X 光檢查，致未能及時發現個案及早介入，以避免傳播。
