一、依據本市立國民中小學落實雙語教育中程計畫 114 學年度執行方案（附件 2 ）辦理。

二、透過理論研討及實作，帶領本市各校領域學科教師認識雙語教學的多元模式及英語文於一般課堂中使用時機，以培育各校雙語教師以擴展雙語教學之實踐力，特辦理本計畫。

三、旨揭計畫相關資訊如下：

(一)參與對象：本市所屬國中及國小正式教師及代理教師。

(二)報名資格：須完成本局愛課網修讀「臺南市 114 學年度校校雙語教師-雙語教育思維及運用課室英語知能線上課程計畫」之線上課程，並通過測驗。

(三)認證模式：分為「研習修課模式」及「入校觀課模式」兩種，請學員擇一參加。

１、研習修課模式：

(１)研習規劃：採線上與實體方式辦理，並分為「第一階段入門課程」及「第二階段回流課程」。

(２)研習內容：雙語教學入門認識及實作演練。

(３)完訓條件：學員須完成兩階段課程，提交至少 8 分鐘

之微型雙語教學影片，並通過回流作業檢核標準，即核發完訓證明書。

２、入校觀課模式：

(１)辦理方式：學員擇一雙語課程進行公開觀課（含事前 10 分鐘內說課），並準備公開授課教案及雙語教學觀議課紀錄表，於課後由觀課委員提供專業回饋及統整建議。

(２)完訓條件：觀課委員依雙語教學觀議課紀錄表評分項度之檢核項目逐一評分，各檢核項目分數不低於 3 分，且總分不低於 45 分（滿分 65 分），即核發完訓證明書。
