說明：

一、為推廣泰雅口簧琴(Lubuw)文化，落實教育推廣促進跨域交流，苗栗縣政府訂於 114 年 9 月 26 日（星期五）至 114 年 9 月 28 日假苗栗縣內舉行「共振 · 脈動： 2025 國際口簧琴論壇-Resonance · Pulse ： 2025 International Lubuw Forum」系列活動。

二、活動內容如列：

(一)活動一【共振·脈動： 2025 國際口簧琴論壇】

１、日期： 114 年 9 月 26 日

２、時間： 09:30-17:30(星期五)

３、地點：國立聯合大學八甲校區國際會議中心(苗栗市南勢里聯大二號)

４、報名方式：一律採線上報名，額滿為止。

(二)活動二【2025 國際口簧琴工作坊】

１、日期： 114 年 9 月 27 日（星期六）

２、時間： 09:30-16:30

４、報名方式：一律採線上報名，額滿為止。

(三)活動三【音樂交流之夜】

１、日期： 114 年 9 月 27 日（星期六）

２、時間： 18:00-21:00

３、地點：泰雅原住民文化產業區（苗栗縣泰安鄉錦水村 6 鄰圓墩 46 之 3 號）

４、備註：無須報名自由入場。

(四)活動四【2025 國際口簧琴特展】

１、日期： 114 年 8 月 29 日至 10 月 28 日

２、時間： 09:00-17:00 (每周一休館)

３、地點：泰雅原住民文化產業區（苗栗縣泰安鄉錦水村 6 鄰圓墩 46-3 號）

４、備註：無須報名自由入場。

三、參與對象：文化工作者、族語專職教師、文化指導員、族語教保員、族語推廣人員、文化工作者、原住民重點學校、各大專院校師生及對口簧琴文化有興趣者。

四、本次論壇旨在推廣泰雅口簧琴（ Lubuw ）文化，促進國際學術與教育交流，深化師生對原住民族文化的理解與認同，並藉此拓展多元文化視野，強化文化永續發展之實踐意義。敬請各縣市機關等轉知，並鼓勵所屬單位及學校踴躍參與，並核予公假參加。

五、凡參與本府 9 月 26 日論壇活動之長官及貴賓，因活動場地位於校區，請先行向本府提出停車需求，以利製發停車證。

屆時請將停車證列印並置於車輛前擋風玻璃明顯處，以供管制人員辨識。持證車輛得免費停放於校區；未放置停車證者，出校時將依規定收取停車費。敬請配合，以資周知。

六、檢附活動主視覺、論壇流程及議程、 2025 國際工作坊資訊各 1 份，請惠予轉知所屬單位師生或相關人員踴躍報名參與。
