一、依據臺南市原住民族教育資源中心 114 學年度整體推動方案實施計畫辦理。

二、活動內容：

 （一）活動日期時間： 114 年11 月11、18、 25日，上午場9:00至11:30、下午場13:30至16:00。可供選擇日期請詳見活動申請表（如附件），   課程起訖時間得依各校車程距離作彈性調整，以不耽誤各校午餐時間及放學時間為原則。

 （二）活動地點：長榮大學產創總中心（歸仁區長大路 1 號）。<<備有免費遊覽車到校接送至長榮大學>>

 （三）參加對象：以本市市立高中、國中、國小（五~六年級）學生為主。每梯次30位學生為原則。

 （四）課程內容：原住民族應用植物介紹、原住民族圖騰美學、原住民族編織鑰匙圈實作、作品產出、成果分享。（本學期課程表如附件）

三、報名方式：

 （一）報名時間：即日起至 114 年 10 月 24 日（星期五）中午 12:00 止。

 （二）報名方式：各校班級填具活動申請報名表（如附件），核章後請掃描為 PDF 檔或拍攝清晰照片，寄至： lover77@tn.edu.tw 。依寄件先後、場次志願順序並考量過去是否曾經參加為依據錄取，額滿為止。

四、檢附課程表、報名申請表及心得報告問卷各 1 份，相關疑問請洽原教中心邱老師，網路電話:69034 ；原教中心(06)2906584 分機 11 。

五、參與學校需於活動後繳交學習成果報告書 1 份（如附件）以供活動分析。請於活動結束兩週內電子檔寄至原教中心邱老師： lover77@tn.edu.tw 。

六、錄取名單預定於 114 年 10 月 31 日前公告在臺南市教育公告系統及原住民族教育資源中心網站 https://ierct.tn.edu.tw/。
