一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 114 年 8 月 29 日臺教國署原字第 1145702853 號函辦理。

二、旨案辦理目的為培育高級中等以下學校臺灣手語教學支援工作人員，增進臺灣手語師資儲備量能與課程教學品質，敬請協助廣為轉知，資訊如下：

(一)報名日期：即日起至 114 年 10 月 20 日（星期一）止。

(二)預計開課人數：一班 40 人，額滿為止。

(三)培訓地點：臺南市立永康國民中學。

(四)報名方式：

１、線上 GOOGLE 表單報名：請至表單（ https://forms.gle/VHcb3aLHZPnPSPacA ）填寫報名基本資料，並上傳身分證件、佐證資料（詳如計畫附件 3 報名佐證資料說明）及切結書（如計畫附件 4 ）掃描檔。

２、郵寄報名：填寫報名表（如計畫附件 2 ）、 報名佐證資料（如計畫附件 3 ）及切結書（如計畫附件 4 ）後，郵寄至臺南市永康區中山路 43 號永康國中輔導室邱組長收。

(五)資格審查：

１、第一階段為書面資料審查，依照學員提供之資料審查其資格。

２、第二階段為委員面試審查，針對報名資格第（六）項身份別申請或書面資料有疑義之學員辦理「手語能力檢測」。

(六)公告錄取名單

１、公告日期：於該報名截止後， 2 週內公告錄取名單。

２、公告方式：臺南市政府教育局公告（ https://www.tn.edu.tw/%E6%9C%AC%E5%B1%80%E5%85%AC%E5%91%8A/）。

三、對於報名方式如有相關疑問，請洽永康國中邱組長（ 06-2015247 分機 8034 ）或本局特幼教育科許小姐（ 06-2657207 分機 28 ）。
