一、我們相信學生需要的是--給他機會！老師們可能會擔心是否會浪費善心人士的資源，或學生沒有工具、沒有時間等等，這些都可能是會發生的困難，其實沒有這麼難，家長只要有手機就能給孩子每天 5 分鐘學習；但最重要的是，學生要不要這個資源，我們是否給過學生機會，至於學生是否珍惜，那就讓學生自己來決定，讓他們學習對自己的選擇負責！

二、全國各國民小學 112 學年共填報 223 人， 113 學年共填報 218 人，在熱心助學的個人、團體與企業贊助下，完全免費使用「智學苑閱讀素養」(教育部「校園數位內容與教學軟體」產品序號: 11211-324)，大大地提升其閱讀理解能力，如附件。

三、提報學生名單網址： https://www.parents.com.tw/elifer/helpStudy 。

四、為方便教師申請帳號提報，在 114 年 11 月 8 日可使用以下快速捷徑取得教師、學生會員帳號，可以省去身份認證的程序，有了會員帳號，就可以線上提報了，如附件：

(一)直接認證為教師身份網址 https://www.parents.com.tw/

協助提報 114 學年度五、六年級家境清寒且有學習意願的弱勢學生，就能免費使用「114 學年度智學苑閱讀素養」，家境清寒的認定由學校教師全權認定，懇請給這些學生一個自我學習、成長的機會。

六、學校及家長在本項媒合專案中都不用付費，會有善心人士與企業認購「智學苑閱讀素養」給學生使用，本會將線上檢視學生的學習狀況，有學習意願的學生將會持續贊助至六年級畢業。

七、「智學苑閱讀素養」最大的特色在於持續激勵學生自主學習動機的瓜幣獎勵機制，因此不會造成學校行政、教師太多的麻煩！

八、為了激勵學生自主學習動機，學生只要有使用「智學苑閱讀素養」，就能獲得瓜幣獎勵，並可在下列網站兌換其想要的獎品，讓學生有主動學習的動力：
