一、本會辦理「臺南市 115 年度 SUPER 教師獎甄選計畫」，請貴校鼓勵符合資格之教師踴躍報名參加。

二、旨揭計畫之甄選資格、組別及推薦截止日期如下。

(一)現任本市公私立各級學校（含幼兒園）之教師，並為本會(或臺南市教育產業工會）入會滿一年以上之會員，任教年資滿三年以上，且近三年內未受行政記過以上之處分，及資格符合甄選計畫內容規定者，均可被他人推薦或自我推薦參加。曾獲選本市 SUPER 教師獎首獎或全國 SUPER 教師獎首獎者，不得再報名。

(二)參選組別有：幼兒園、國小、國中、高中職、大專等 5 組。各組 SUPER 教師獎首獎得主：每名獲頒獎金 10,000 元與榮譽獎盃一座。

(三)前項各組別參加甄選人數未達 2 人，該組別不辦理甄選，惟報名甄選資格可保留到下一年度參加甄選。

(四)推薦日期：即日起至民國 115 年 2 月 26 日(四)止。
