投票規則說明

一、依據: 臺南市高級中等以下學校及教保服務機構優良教師師鐸獎暨推薦至教育部師鐸獎評選要點。

二、票選名額:1 人

三、票選方式：採線上投票，每人至多 2 票。

四、票選時間：115 年 1 月 3 日上午 0 時 0 分起至 115 年 1 月 10 日下午 11 時 59 分止。

五、票選網址:https://vote.tn.edu.tw/modules/vote/project.php?op=vote_form&vote_sn=9443

六、候選人與選舉人

  (一)候選人：本校現職編制內連續服務滿 5 年，並於本校服務滿 1 年之成績優良正式教師共 15 位，下列教師依規定不計入 ：

  • 校園長及教保服務機構教保服務人員：4人。
  • 連續服務教職未滿5年以上(留職停薪、代理代課等年資均不計入，累計年資至115年2月2日止)：5人。
  • 在本校服務未滿1年：1人。
  • 過去3年內（114、113、112年度）曾獲選優良教師者。

(二)選舉人：本校教職員工共 45 位。

七、開票日期等其他事項：

                      (一)預計115 年 1 月 11 日開票，得票數相同者，以在本校服務較資深者優先提報，服務年資相同時，以抽籤方式決定。

(二)請以臺南市政府教育局 OPEN ID （帳密與學習護照相同）登入的帳號與密碼方式進入開始票選，如忘記密碼，請逕洽人事室協助重設密碼。

八、另推薦本市師鐸獎候選人 1 案，待本次優良教師票選活動辦理完畢後，徵詢 3 年內(115 年、 114 年、 113 年)曾獲本校優良教師參加意願，再行公告線上票選事宜。
