說明:

一、依據國教署 114 年 11 月 27 日臺教國署原字第 1145704219 號函辦理。

二、本案國教署委請國立嘉義大學辦理。

三、地方政府主管學校編制內現職教師，須經地方政府薦派，詳細報名流程請參報名作業流程圖(如附件)。

四、報名方式(務必注意時程)：

(一) 有意願且符合參訓對象之教師，請至網頁（ https://forms.gle/PH6FjhgGuDa6fxwT8  ）填寫報名基本資料(含課程抵免申請)。

(二) 填具實施計畫附件 1 報名表並經服務學校確認核章後：

1.核章後報名表掃描檔由學校上傳至線上填報系統第 22941 號。

2.核章後報名表正本於114 年 12 月 10 日前交換信箱(市政府 1 樓收發室右下角身障教育資源中心鐵櫃)，或郵寄(南區新孝路 87 號)至身障教育資源中心許小姐收。

​五、為利本局於報名期限前審查並完成委託培訓申請，請各校務必配合時程以免影響教師權益。

六、錄取名單將公告於國立嘉義大學特殊教育教學研究中心首頁最新公告區 https://website.ncyu.edu.tw/cset ，並以電子郵件個別通知錄取與否。

七、請學校務必依錄取通知及培訓課表（含培訓後測驗）給予參與本計畫之現職正式教師公(差)假。另為鼓勵教師參與培訓，國教署將補助參訓教師排代課鐘點費。

八、針對已擁有證照（手語翻譯員等 ）或具手語能力或教學經驗之教師，如報名臺灣手語教師培訓及認證時，得申請課程抵免，其抵免方式將公告於國立嘉義大學特殊教育教學研究中心網站。

九、本計畫開班線上說明會訂於 115 年 1 月 7 日（星期三）下午 6 時，請參訓教師依時參與恕不個別通知，若當日不克參加，說明會資料將公告於國立嘉義大學特殊教育教學研究中心網站供參。會議連結 https://s-l-teach-ncyu-112.webex.com/s-l-teach-ncyu-112-tc/j.php?MTID=ma8d58a2fd265887a003484e3bd409c2b
