一、緣起

兒童福利聯盟希望讓孩子感受到幸福與關心，陪孩子健康地成長。因此兒盟在2002年4月開辦第一支全國性的兒童專線電話服務，

這是專屬於兒童的電話諮詢服務，陪伴孩子們思考生活中的煩惱、聆聽孩子的心情故事，以從兒童的觀點來瞭解他們需求與生活課題，陪伴他們度過生活的大小事。

二、什麼是哎喲喂呀兒童專線服務？

「哎喲喂呀」兒童專線由兒盟社工員與培訓志工擔任接線值日生，傾聽來電孩子的
心聲，幫助孩子抒發情緒、澄清困擾和處理生活中的問題，是專屬孩子的諮詢電話。

三、哎喲喂呀兒童專線服務有什麼特色？

  1. 提供兒童傾訴情緒的管道，協助其抒發壓力，獲得心理支持。
  2. 提供適時的引導，協助兒童面對並解決困難。
  3. 透過受專業訓練的志工，提供兒童有品質的專業協助。
  4. 「哎喲喂呀」兒童專線為免付費電話，手機、市內電話及公共電話免投幣即可撥打。

四、服務對象

全台（包括離島）國小六年級以下兒童。

五、服務時間

週一至週五，下午四點半至七點半。

六、免付費兒童專線

哎喲喂呀兒童專線：0800-003-123（手機、市內電話及公共電話皆可撥打，每通限制20分鐘）
