明：
一、 本市 115 學年度各類資優鑑定報名期程為 114 年 12 月中下旬至 115 年 3 月下旬，為說明鑑定報名流程並增進親職教育相關知能，爰辦理旨揭說明會。
二、 旨揭研習共辦理 2 場次，資訊如下:
（一） 溪南場
1. 時間： 114 年 12 月 6 日(星期六)上午 8 時 30 分至下午 12 點 10 分。
2. 地點：本市建興國中建興館(中西區府前路一段 239 號)。
3. 承辦學校聯絡人：建興國中陳麗容主任，電話 06-2139601 轉 16 或 26 。
（二） 溪北場
1. 時間： 114 年 12 月 13 日(星期六)上午 8 時 30 分至下午 12 點 10 分。
2. 地點：本市新東國中正心樓 3 樓視聽教室(新營區民治東路 30 號)。
3. 承辦學校聯絡人: 新東國中邱詩娟主任，電話 06-6322954 轉 2401 。
三、 參加對象：對本市資優鑑定流程及親職講座主題感興趣之國中小家長、學生及老師。
四、 報名方式：
（一） 即日起至 11 月 28 日(星期五)止，請填寫 GOOGLE 表單 https://forms.gle/EHFXGZhYeD3RQ5UC7 進行報名(不開放現場報名)，本中心依表單提交時間依序回傳錄取序號電子檔，現場報到請出示錄取序號截圖。
（二） 如具教師身分須研習時數者請逕至全國特殊教育資訊網(https://special.moe.gov.tw/index.php)搜尋「[特教知能] 臺南市 114 學年度資優生家長親職講座暨 115 學年度資優鑑定說明會」進行報名，須全程參與始核發研習時數。

五、 校內停車空間有限，倘校內停車位已滿，請另尋校園周邊停車空間。
六、 檢附實施計畫各 1 份供參。
