一、由 Google for Education （台灣）主辦、親子天下承辦之「從數位教學到 AI 應用｜校園數位轉型挑戰大調查」，旨在呼應教育部推動「生生用平板、數位教學指引 3.0」政策，期透過問卷了解全國教師於 AI 浪潮下導入數位與 AI 教學工具之現況與挑戰，並蒐集第一線教育現場的真實需求。

二、問卷結果將作為未來教學資源規劃及數位教學推動之重要參考，並於後續針對教師需求進行教學應用典範與資源分享，協助教師提升 AI 教學力。

三、調查相關資訊如下：

(一)調查對象：全國國中小教師。

(二)填答時間：即日起至 11 月 28 日（五）止。

(三)填答方式：請教師點選下列連結填寫線上問卷（約 3～5 分鐘）。

四、填答好禮：「人人有獎」為感謝教師支持，預計於 12 月底前寄送「AI 教育關鍵字整理包」與「Google for

Education × Gemini 專屬教案」予參與教師，並可參加抽獎活動。獎項包含：

1.《翻轉教育》數位年訂序號（定價 NT$3,348 ） 10 名。

 2. 兩大超商購物金 NT$300 共 4 名。
