認識厝邊 博愛幼童探索火車站

博愛國小附設幼稚園因火車站就位在學校旁，小朋友每天上學或在家中，都會聽到火車行駛於鐵軌上吭隆、吭隆的聲音，小朋友大感好奇，也讓老師們心生「台南老車站，博愛好厝邊」教學方案，也獲得教育部肯定，參加今年全國教學卓越獎，獲得金質獎肯定。

博愛附幼團隊由校長張慧芬領軍，組成「博愛聲響起團隊」，透過老師們自己研發的教案，師生共學共榮。張慧芬表示，附幼老師年輕又有活力，喜愛挑戰、擁有專業和愛心，工作之餘，也組成小組，相互討論和學習成長，老師們一起工作、一起成長，秉持著熱愛孩子的和對教育的熱忱，透過鼓勵，希望帶給孩子無比勇氣，更希望經由掌聲，帶給小朋友信心。

 

老師們表示，博愛附幼緊鄰台南車站，每天在學校，小朋友都會聽到火車行經，看到火車從遠方高架橋上奔馳畫面，只要火車經過，小朋友歡呼聲不斷，相當興奮，看到小朋友對火車的專注，引發老師們設計教案，設計出包括「下一站，台南站」、「探索老車站的故事」、「來去坐火車」、「成長與關懷，我愛台南車站」活動。

 

張慧芬說，過程中，小朋友從以往單純接受大人灌輸知識，到自己尋求答案、解決問題，並認識這片土地之美，稚嫩的孩子遇到古老車站，彼此激盪出精彩火花，也讓小朋友明白，儘管再老、再舊的文化古蹟，都是台南歷史一部分，讓孩子有心傳承。

 

張慧芬說，孩子的成長不是來自父母，也不是老師，而是學習帶著走的能力與培養熱愛在地文化的情懷。老師們強調，教學相長從從孩子身邊開始，耕耘從孩子的雙手開始，熱愛土地則從孩子的心境開始。
