博愛聖誕行動英閱繪，從國際村探索新世界。

博愛國小國際英語村及行動英語村是全市英語推展的基地。十多年來引領外籍教師進入校園，以情境式的教學設計，辦理全市學生英語遊學課程，啟動學生真實與外國人互動學習之鑰。
校長曾千純指出，我們龐大的外師資源，除了善盡服務全市學生之責，博愛國小的學生更應展現外語學習的成果，成為典範。所以在每週三規劃「行動英閱繪」的活動，將本校的閱讀基地「玉山圖書館」結合行動英語車，引導學生閱讀各國的英語繪本。旨在透過外籍教師的陪伴，提升學生的英語能力，同時讓他們接觸到豐富的外國文化。
聖誕節在西方國家是非常重要的節慶。博愛國小以聖誕節系列活動，營造校園歡樂氣息，更希望透過節慶氛圍，展現對外師家鄉文化的尊重。所以，本週的「行動英閱繪」活動特別將行動車華麗裝飾，並以聖誕繪本為主題，讓外師引導學生閱讀分享，探索外國聖誕文化的良善與美好。
校長強調希望藉由國際英語村的資源結合閱讀教育，利用外籍教師團隊全程英語閱讀教學，學生在輕鬆的氛圍中與外師互動，學習正確的發音和語調。這不僅僅是閱讀的過程，更是一場探索文化的旅程。透過引人入勝的英語繪本，學生能夠感受到故事中所傳遞的情感與意義，並在討論中培養批判性思維。
活動的主要推手，英語村王芯瑀主任指出，行動英閱繪的推行不僅是提升學生英語能力的一種手段，更是為孩子們打開了一扇通往更廣闊世界的大門。希望透過這項活動，讓孩子們在與外籍人士互動中找到自信，並在英語學習的道路上，走得更遠、更穩。
教務主任李鎮宇今年特別透過閱讀計畫，將博愛國小加入本市閱讀磐石的種子學校之列。強化英語閱聽能力，所精選經典的英文繪本，不僅有助於學生理解文字的表面意義，更透過圖像組織幫助他們開發思考能力。每本繪本都設計有討論問題，促使學生深入探討故事背景，提升他們的英語閱讀能力及國際視野。也配合本市教育局「書香大臺南」的政策，除了激發學生的閱讀興趣，培養文學素養，更是透過英語村延伸閱讀與世界接軌，
家長會長許智傑肯定表示，「行動英閱繪」活動自推出以來，深受學生的喜愛，親師生一致好評。孩子在英語閱讀及表達能力上的進步就是最好的證明。這不僅是語言學習的過程，更是孩子們心靈成長的重要一環。透過與外籍教師的互動，孩子們能夠在真實的語境中運用英語，這對他們未來的學習之路是至關重要的。
六年 2 班的陳○○同學開心分享：「每週三不再只是等待下課鈴聲的響起，而是期待著與外籍教師一起享受英語繪本的閱讀時間，還能累積校內『閱讀九宮格』集點活動，真的是一舉數得。」 二年 1 班黃○○同學也說：「以前看到外國人我都有點害怕，參與活動後發現他們都非常熱情，有趣，現在我最喜歡下課聽他們說故事，和他們聊天。」。
為了讓更多的孩子能夠享受到這項活動，學校計劃在未來進一步擴展行動英語車的巡迴教學，將這份閱讀的樂趣傳遞給更多的學生，甚至向下扎根至幼兒園，培養英語學習的興趣。教育局也表示，會持續支持這類創新的英語教學模式，期待能在更多學校中開展類似活動，讓孩子們在閱讀中收穫知識，體驗文化。
聖誕「行動英閱繪」不僅讓孩子們在英語學習中遊刃有餘，還促進了他們的創造力和思考能力。這項活動的成功舉辦，已然成為臺南教育的一個亮點。讓我們期待英語閱讀的種子在孩子們心中生根發芽，透過閱讀扎根台灣，流暢的外語能力更能開拓國際化的未來。
