一、依據國立臺灣海洋大學 114 年 10 月 15 日海洋教育字第 1140025642 號函辦理。

二、為推動海洋教育與聯合國永續發展目標（ SDGs ）之實踐，該中心編纂四冊以「食魚教育」為主題之學生海洋讀本，分別為《神祕女孩》（國小低年級）、《大海的禮物》（國小中年級）、《藍色海洋奇遇記》（國小高年級）、《海話嬉遊記》（國中）。為蒐集創新教學應用模式，該中心邀請各校提出創新運用方案。

三、徵件對象包含學校組、非營利團體組及親子共讀組，各組補助方式如下(計畫詳如附件)：

(一)學校組：每一推廣教育階段補助新臺幣 3,000 元，英語文及本土語團隊則補助新臺幣 4,000 元。

(二)非營利團體組：每一推廣教育階段補助新臺幣 3,000 元。

(三)親子共讀組：無經費補助，惟可免費獲得學生海洋讀本一本。

(四)學校及非營利團體組入選團隊並將核予該階段學生海洋讀本(30 冊)及獲選證明，並協助推廣成果發表。
