一、依據國立臺南大學 114 年 10 月 8 日南大本土字第 1140020477 號函辦理。

二、本案研習課程相關說明如下：

(一)辦理日期： 114 年 11 月 20 日(星期四)至 114 年 11 月 21 日(星期五)，共計 2 日。

(二)辦理地點：國家教育研究院臺中院區(臺中市豐原區師範街 67 號)。

(三)參加對象：中央輔導團本土語文分團輔導員、本市本土語文指導員、本土語文分團輔導員及各級學校現職教師中適當人員前來受訓。

(四)報名方式：請至國家教育研究院研習及活動資訊網(https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmYearPlan.aspx)「註冊帳號」→「帳號登入」→「線上服務」→「研習資訊與報名」項下報名，填妥研習人員資料，收到審核通過 e-mail 始完成報名手續。

(五)報名日期：即日起至 114 年 11 月 10 日(星期一)截止。

(六)其他說明事項：

１、中央輔導團本土語文分團輔導員參加本研習之交通費由分團年度經費項下支應。

２、本市本土語文指導員、本土語文輔導團輔導員及各級學校現職教師參加本研習之交通費、差旅費請向所屬學校或所屬輔導團檢據辦理申請。

３、凡全程參與人員，依規定核給 14 小時研習時數。

４、請核予參加人員公（差）假出席。

三、檢附課程實施計畫 1 份。
