員工協助方案(Employee Assistance Program ，簡稱 EAP)目的在發現並協助員工解決可能影響工作效能的個人問題(包括健康、婚姻、家庭、法律、情緒等)，使其能以健康的身心投入工作，提升員工士氣及服務效能。藉由多樣化的協助措施，建立友善職場，促進互動良好組織文化。
