台南市家長會聯合會「與孩子有約 快樂吃早餐」列車， 12 日早上抵達東區博愛國小，孩子們開心又期待。早餐費由聯合會理事長李孟秦與該校家長會長王鎧呈買單，希望藉由愛心早餐建構更和諧有愛的校園，期許學生孝順父母、成為有愛的人。

目前排定學校，原則上每班 1 名，博愛國小家長會王鎧呈會長，希望多鼓勵班上學生，自費增額提高到每班 2 名，由於王鎧呈會長贊助學生早餐費，李孟秦另外包 6 千元助學金給學校，市議員蔡筱薇也撥空，一早到校參加意義深遠的愛心早餐交流活動。

李孟秦理事長表示，聯合會初步排定台南 11 所小學，原則上每班 1 名學生參加，如班級數較少的學校，參與共進早餐的學生，會提高到 1 班 5 人，長期目標是持續推動，走進偏鄉小學，嘉惠全市學校，讓孩子們都能感受到幸福滋味。

李孟秦強調，受邀快樂吃早餐的孩子，不一定就是功課好的孩子，舉凡熱心服務、友愛同學、行善助人、口說好話、比賽獲獎、學習進步等，都是愛心早餐的座上賓，甚至平常沒有機會去吃到麥當勞的孩子，也可以藉此一圓吃麥當勞的渴望，期盼他們未來長大後，也能懂得因愛而去愛別人。

博愛國小校長張慧芬表示，南市家長聯合會向來關注台南的教育，對學生的學習成長也很關心，這份小小溫馨的早餐，對學生來說意義非凡。

張慧芬說，學校幾年前參與國教院成立「博愛電視台」計畫，平常有培訓校園小記者，針對重大活動可以讓學生輪流上場，除了可以訓練口語表達培養自信心，更可透過報導行銷學校，這次「與兒童有約快樂吃早餐」的活動，正好讓本校兩位小記者彥瑾和心恩大顯身手，更賦予教育意義。
